As an Internal Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners and businesses exploring solar energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries
- Qualify leads and schedule consultations for solar advisors
- Educate customers about solar energy and LightSkye's offerings
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM system
- Meet daily and weekly activity and conversion goals
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Solar industry knowledge a plus

- Collaborate with the internal team for seamless handoff
Requirements:
- Proven track record in direct sales
- Ability to conduct in-home or virtual consultations
- Strong presentation and closing skills
- Valid driver's license
- Solar experience preferred but not required
