Internal Sales Representative

As an Internal Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners and businesses exploring solar energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries
  • Qualify leads and schedule consultations for solar advisors
  • Educate customers about solar energy and LightSkye's offerings
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM system
  • Meet daily and weekly activity and conversion goals

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred
  • Solar industry knowledge a plus

Solar Advisor / Outside Sales

Various (field-based across service states)Full-Time

As a Solar Advisor, you'll meet with qualified homeowners and businesses to present customized solar proposals and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home or virtual consultations
  • Present customized solar proposals
  • Close deals and manage the sales process
  • Build relationships with homeowners and businesses
  • Collaborate with the internal team for seamless handoff

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in direct sales
  • Ability to conduct in-home or virtual consultations
  • Strong presentation and closing skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Solar experience preferred but not required
